My house has been standing since 1824.
And it'll still be standing long after the cheap studs, sheetrock, and plastic siding of the McMansions have been replaced several times over.
Not that it doesn't have maintenance, but "longevity" is wildly underrated in modern homes.

Yesterday I posted my support for the Jewish people. Since then I have received many new followers, who I gratefully accept.
