python is actual fucking dogshit and javascript at least has the decency of a heroically good jit compiler called v8 to save it from itself [so if ur responsible u can get so much out of it] but the same performance ceiling is not so high for python without so much more work

I don't think Python gets enough hate as a language respective to its actual good usecases Rust gets enormous hate despite being a fairly ubiquitously good idea, JavaScript gets immeasurable hate despite being incredible in its space, Go gets a ton of hate for its error handling despite running like a demon But python is used ubiquitously for basically everything even tho it's not really suited to a lot despite almost never being the best option for anything and gets just no hate at all, why is this

@MrLeadslinger i occluded my dot last summer and never took it off. not only is it for target focus, it keeps the dot's brightness consistent unless the sun is directly behind you. then it protects the glass from all sorts of debris.

Occluding the dot on your pistol is really under appreciated as a training tool. I use it in dry fire all the time and used it at the range in live fire all day today. It does help you keep your focus where it should be.

Still trying to get my head around this Sikh knife carrying exemption. As far as I can tell it applies irrespective of immigration or citizenship status. So a Sikh on a tourist visa could carry a knife around in public and be breaking no laws.
