@GGigne @OyedijoToyese @Dontee___ Not a contest. The Senate President and VP aren’t rivals, protocol is flexible, and the President decides who takes precedence at events. You people should go outside and touch grass.

Why is Akpabio representing the President at a Lagos event when the President is in town. Not even the VP. It is well 😕

@Dontee___ I think the President had intentions of attending the event but changed his mind due to the rain. Akpabio was already in town, possibly accompanying the president as he did in Ogun state. I don't see how it was possible to draft VP to Lagos within short notice.

President visited you in Abeokuta. Then you left Abeokuta to visit him in Abuja to thank him 😂😂 Nawa ooo
Prince Dr. Dapo Abiodun, CON@DapoAbiodunCON

Yesterday, I had the honor and privilege to visit and thank the President, @officialABAT, GCFR, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic, for the historic visit to Ogun State to commission the Gateway International Airport, Gateway Airlines, welcome the first cargo airline, and other landmark projects. I presented him with a ceremonial sword in his esteemed capacity as the Jagaban (leader of warriors/conquerors), urging him to continue his war on crime and criminality, anti-corruption, and particularly as he embarks on the second-term re-election, assuring him that in Ogun State, we are solidly behind him.

@sir_duniya @ralgcr147 @SirLeoBDasilva Lol, Do you know what a reflex is?? If that was a reflex, we would see it more often. Remember "response to a stimuli" before you reply.

That Martinelli movement from the wing into central areas like he did for the assist, his best season for Arsenal, that’s what he and Saka always did. I wonder why they stopped.

Omo, the obsession and jealousy is getting scary. So in your world, basic courtesy and official follow-up is now a crime? Ogun State just hosted a hitch-free, world-class presidential visit that actually brings development. But of course, you’d rather focus on the ‘thank you’ visit than the commissioned projects. 🙄

@SirLeoBDasilva That's the unpredictability we need in that team, but our manager,a risk averse coach will not allow that,.... playing safe is his best style while waiting for moments instead of going ahead to make them.

Someone could go to school for 4 years and study aerospace engineering, then get a PhD with a dissertation related to orbital mechanics, and some instagram influencer who watched a youtube video will be like "actually that guy is wrong" on a topic related to space travel and people will believe them. I'm not sure how we got here, but I hope we go back to a society where credibility is earned with rigorous training in the associated field, not by a popularity contest.

Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo of Equatorial Guinea seized power in a 1979 coup, he has ruled for 46 years. He is currently the longest serving non royal head of state in the world, maintaining a regime notorious for crushing dissent and exercising total political control. Paul Biya of Cameroon has been in power since 1982. He has been in office for 43 years and is the world's oldest sitting head of state at 93 years old. He recently secured an eighth term in late 2025 through a heavily manipulated system. Denis Sassou Nguesso of the Republic of the Congo has served a total of 41 years across two stints, 1979–1992 and 1997–present. His rule has been marked by constitutional changes that abolished term limits to ensure his continued tenure. Yoweri Museveni of Uganda assumed office in 1986 following a guerrilla war and has ruled for 40 years. While elections are held, they are characterized by the suppression of opposition candidates, voter intimidation, abductions, and assassinations. History proves that a people in a rush to find a hero will always settle for a captor. When we prioritize the charisma of a strongman over the integrity of a system, we aren't buying progress, we are leasing our own oppression. A nation that cheers for a coup today is usually the same nation that weeps in the next decades. We must stop falling in love with men who recite slogans and start building institutions that outlive them. If the bar remains this low, the bitter prize of stagnation is exactly what we deserve. Let's demand principles over personalities and systems over slogans.

Speaking Yoruba is not razz. Speaking your mother tongue is not razz. The foreign people you’re so desperate to be like are never ashamed to speak to you in their native language. Deliver yourself from that low self esteem.
