$35B of Amazon's investment is contingent on OpenAI achieving AGI. Or going public.
They effectively made the singularity a contract term.
Meanwhile: $2B/month revenue. 900M weekly users. $14B in projected losses this year.

There's a guy I met at a crypto conference many years ago and interacted maybe total 5 min who's been messaging people I know I've been harassing him for years and "manipulating his dreams" while asleep. I've asked him to stop and get help multiple times, not sure what else to do

.@elonmusk thinks we have too many lawyers and finance bros. "There is an over allocation of talent in finance and law. Too many smart people are going into finance. We should have fewer people doing that, and more people making stuff. Manufacturing used to be highly valued in the United States. These days it hasn't been as much, which I think is wrong. Making cars is an honest day's living, that's for sure. Making anything or providing a valuable service, like good entertainment, good information. These are valuable things to do. I've got mad respect for makers of things."
