In September 2025, CIR’s Myanmar Witness project uncovered that three Czech-manufactured Let L410-UVP E20 Turbolet aircraft had been delivered to Myanmar. Since then, Myanmar Witness has documented new evidence of the presence of Czech L410 aircraft in Myanmar and their use by the MAF. The team has also tracked two additional Czech-made Let L410 aircraft arriving in Myanmar, the latest landing this morning.
