I accidentally stress-tested AI customer support last week.

Most people give up and immediately dispute the charge. I’m going to have to.
But it annoys the hell out of me that the cost of broken AI support is being quietly shifted to someone else.
Who's paying for that? And for how long?

This incident has been resolved at the root cause layer for several days, and it seems that residual DNS cache layers have now cleared.
All Bitly Links and Codes should be operating as expected.

We continue to monitor this issue w/ several ISPs showing resolution. If encountering this issue, DM us what ISP (Internet Service Provider) you are on when you report the issue. We are working w/ affected ISPs to get the erroneous DNS entries cleared from their caches.

@JesusGastelum The issue is not with Bitly, but how certain ISPs re-cache bitly's website. Unfortunately, your links are at the mercy of your ISP updating their record of Bitly.com

@SavvyLatina Our apologies for issues with Bitly Links. One of our providers recently experienced issues affecting some users on an intermittent basis today.
While your links may not appear to work for you, they are likely working for others, depending on their location and ISP.

@saladeprensa @Bitly Our apologies, but this is an issue with certain ISPs and not a Bitly issue. Once your ISP re-caches Bitly you links will work again. Your audiences on other ISPs will see your links functioning.
