@UberEats just scammed me out of my money. The driver delivered a GrubHub order from the same restaurant. Only realized I had the wrong order after the driver left. Uber is refusing to refund my order even after I provided pictures showing that I got the wrong order.

@GabrielleH16347 @KarlTechs I am calm. I am upset, but I'm calm. This is my attempt to try to have my issue resolved as I was getting nowhere with the support person and got no response when I asked to escalate to a supervisor.
