Has anyone else had ongoing problems with @InPostUK ? Six of my orders have been returned to the seller because lockers were “full,” despite another InPost location being only minutes away. No attempt to reroute—just returned. This is shockingly poor service.
Is anyone else having an issue with being told an item has been delivered by @YodelOnline from an auction site like Vinted, only to find it’s a completely different item from the auction site, left in plain sight on the path to your front door and the stated parcel never arrives?
Has anyone else had this experience with Dore and Rose? Bought 2 Aura eye masks that claimed to accommodate long eyelashes or extensions. Far too shallow to accommodate either and refused to refund as it was bought on an offer. Unacceptable in these online shopping times.
Unbelievable lack of responsibility from Purple Parking and @HolidayExtras that they left my car either opened or did not secure my key so that someone was able to steal things from my car. I would never use Purple parking again and would never recommend it to anyone.

@ZARA_Care I filled in your return portal. I was only offered a QR code to take the items to an EVRI drop off point. I tried 3 and no one could print the label! I am confused how such an incredibly innovative website has such a useless Return system!!
Has anyone else been lied to by @O2? They so kindly offered to remove my £42 roaming charges when I was abroad. Just check when you get back that it’s been removed. Nope. Have rung twice. Oh yes, we can see your conversation. We’ll get that done. Nope. Thanks 02.
How has the service from Hermes deteriorated so much from when they were really busy at the height of Lockdown?? I am so annoyed with seeing messages that they have tried to collect a parcel at a time when I have not only been home, but been right beside my front door!!
Has anyone else had terrible service from @GoliNutrition? A month late. No product. Automated response only from customer service. And a ton of email promotions! 😡
