My Dad hated all of his kids. I do stuff with research. I do stuff with sneakers. Sometimes they both intersect. #GT51

As Mid-Majors continue to sell us that the power 5 schools are stealing or attempting to steal all of their players. Data shows us that 60% of transfers were down transfers. (With 46% of those transfers being out of Division 1 entirely) And only 9% were up-transfers.

Things more dangerous than $7 coffees: - $40,000 wedding ($5,000/hr party) - $80,000 degree that gets you a $50,000/yr job - $40,000 car loan because you "earned it" - $2,000/mo apartments to flex for friends ...Thats why 80% of people are broke.

@Leverage_BTC @EzeSecOps Closer to 1 of 5. At somewhere between 15-18% in any given year….. but the conversation was about ppl in these particular careers who make over $100,000

Weekends don’t exist once you’re in the burbs because kids dominate. It’s just time. Days don’t matter. However, 35 year olds who still live in the city, getting hammered at bars are just as confusing. Not that it doesn’t sound like fun, but your friends aren’t at the bar with you, they’re in the burbs at soccer practice, with me. So who are you getting hammered with?
Murray Hill Guy@MurrayHillGuy1

How do people in the suburbs genuinely look forward to Friday night on the couch, Saturday morning at Costco, and call that a weekend? Like you really moved out of the city just to LARP as your parents at 34?

@nickythegood @Chris_Smith202 I think this might be a 2 Americas thing. Because almost all of the White people I know do live in the Suburbs, but almost all of the Non-White ppl I know still live in City. I think this is just a living life on 2 different perspectives thing.

Washington is expected to join Massachusetts and other states that have a “millionaires’ tax.” What will this mean for Mariners, Seahawks and other pros? How about college athletes there making a lot of NIL & rev‑share $$? @SportsTaxMan & I explore: sportico.com/law/analysis/2….

@migroblastics @drantbradley Yes. But both are about the same, but likely for different reasons. Public school because of what you mentioned. Both are almost around 70% on average according to the National Center for Education Statistics

@CheckAnfro @drantbradley State schools traditionally have higher acceptance rates because the original mission of many of those schools is to educate the residents of that state.
