@cromaretail pathetic service, technician arrived after 3-4 service request been raised that's more than 45 days post complaint. Even the region head and @_WiseRoy_ was looped, additional warranty exists. Will never buy Croma products, faulty design demanding unnecessary money

Never buy from them:- 1.@Moto @motorolaindia refused to service my phone despite it being under warranty. 2.@cromaretail refused to service or refund my earphones under extended warranty. 3.@ACKOIndia took blood samples 4 days ago and still haven't sent the reports. #dontbuy
