@UncleRedLeg If your unit doesn’t connect you with the CSM during onboarding, meet him/her and ask for leadership advice to include counseling your PLT SGT. Then ask who else you should meet. Agree with other comments on cooks, maintenance, etc. Success is not rank, or title - it’s respect.
