Excited to share that we have been awarded an NVIDIA Academic Grant with 32k GPU hours to advance our research on the simulation of offshore wind turbines to minimize underwater noise. Looking forward to pushing the boundaries of HPC for cleaner and quieter turbines!

We have developed a new wall-pressure spectrum model for aeroacoustics by coupling symbolic regression with experimental data. The model reliably predicts wind turbine far-field noise in agreement with field measurements. sciencedirect.com/science/articl… @ERC_Research

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of hosting the talks of Prof. Weiwei Zhang and Prof. Jiaqing Kou from Northwestern Polytechnic University. Jiaqing was my PhD student and is now a professor! It’s truly rewarding to continue collaborating with former students.
