
Over 2 months since we could see our data in the app. 5 months since we had a bill.
The only logical explanation is that @BritishGas are giving us free electric for life.

It has been over a month since our electric usage data populated in the @BritishGas app. Numerous phone calls to them. Repeatedly told its been fixed and yet nothing. New meters we didn't want. Endless cockups and promises. They simply must not care.
