@Haltutu It's not possible for a film not to receive an ovation, the situation kind of forces it. But they can absolutely stop early if there isn't enthusiasm. What's important to understand is that popular artists might get a lot of enthusiasm even if the film sucks (re: Winding Refn),

@lea_wigdoux I think HOPE will get that new award they gave to Resurrection last year and Sacred Fig before. Seems to always go to imperfect but ambitious projects.

Maybe I'm jealous because I've never been to Cannes, but I can't imagine flying all the way to France, getting access to films sometimes months before release, and then walking out of any movie.

@Aileendruiz Janky CGI aside, I thought this movie kicked ass. I honestly can't remember the last time I've seen an action movie with this much hype from the audience. There was a standing ovation after the truck scene. But I do agree that this is a weird title for competition.

@tanarurgamer Szerintem amikor egy roguelike csak úgy tudja nehézzé tenni a legutolsó pályát, hogy leválasztja az egész játékról, hogy mindig underpowered legyél benne, akkor ott valami el lett rontva a roguelike designban.
