Hi @RaenestApp , whoever came up with the impromptu bank migration needs to be fired. I updated my new account details on apple iTunes Connect. However, since iTunes process royalties 15th of every month to be sent at the next payment date, my payment was sent to the Wells Fargo.

Been using @RaenestApp for about a year now but the last few weeks have been really disheartening to say the least. It's one thing to build in a struggling environment, it's another to not have decent customer communication on key events. Everyone expects things to go wrong in business but what you don't do is terminate a bank account with no prior warning, heads up or emails only to then see just a vague tweet after the deed has been done. If you want to switch your service provider, give people a heads up, weeks & months ahead of time. Since you know that other businesses rely on yours to function, you don't just make moves like that with no proper persistent comms. To make matters worse, your Comms team is still unreachable, via your in-app chat or via DMs. No responses, or responses are coming in hours late.
