Tyler and his family didn’t even arrive until ~9pm on the 11th. • Official arrest timestamp: Both prosecution and defense reference Tyler’s arrest as September 12 at 0400 hrs. *See attached • Deputy Attorney Courtney Sinagra’s direct statement: “The evening of the arrest was actually Sep 12.” *See attached • Standard law enforcement practice: Suspects are routinely re-Mirandized at the start of a recorded interrogation, even with prior warnings.
