Started the first research does of Reta yesterday at 2mg, still dosing Tirz weekly just on different days. Completely different in the “feeling” my body had vs. my first days on Tirz. On Tirz it was like “wow I don’t even think about food.” On Reta I woke up this morning and was like “wow my metabolism is working overtime right now” over the last 6 months I’ve focused on a much healthier diet and smaller portions, along with supplements and workouts to build muscle mass. I will definitely need to make some tweaks to the diet for extra fuel, a balanced increase of Protien and Carbs should work well initially. Appreciate any feedback.

People coming from Tirz to Reta need to understand that the appetite suppression is not nearly as strong on Reta. It's estimated to be 20% that of Tirz. The deficit largely comes from increased BMR so in theory you're even eating the same amount but burning an extra 500-700kcal per day. If you expect Reta to be like Tirz + one Glucagon receptor you're going to be severely disappointed. It takes a real mindset switch for Tirz users to stop chasing this zero-appetite feeling and understand that fueling the metabolism with good food is part of sustained weight loss and muscle retention. Hunger isn't a problem in need of a solution, it's a solution to your problem.

Well, just ordered 2 Savvio’s from a Canadian store. And a couple from Peptide Critic along with vials. The rest from Amazon (at least what I didn’t already have in my inventory) Enjoy those referral rewards from Amazon Rory. ✌️ I can’t help but go all in, who’s starting the researchers therapy and recovery team 😂

Do you and research your face off man but.. Bro why? Why the pre-determined numbers? Everyone is different and mileage varies. There are a few things like pancreatitis and blood sugar issues that might make your mind up. I saw a 15mg tirz weekly guy go to 3mg tirz and 2mg Reta split. He did amazing.

I’ve had more than a handful of people say they’ve been stacking Retatrutide and Tirzepatide together with really good results. I’m the surface it would seem redundant but there must be something there with the receptor affinities. Who all is/has done this?

For myself I found that under my upper arm is the best. I use a chip clip to pinch the fatty area after prepping for injection, then I switched to a 50unit insulin syringe. This allows for a longer draw on the dose (I draw 20units) and you can take more time injecting, this key also, you have to go slow with this peptide. After the injection is complete I hold my alcohol wipe in the area for 30seconds, massage gently or take a shower and the warm water helps disperse the dose (Typically I dose 20-30 minutes post workout).

You can have all the tests on the world, and it doesn’t mean anything if you are allergic to a compound/peptide. Even if prescribed peptides taking a minute amount the first time is probably not a bad idea.

@jefflewis @rorynotsorry GHK is a touchy one. Took me several weeks to find the right spot and the correct way of dosing. Still have issues from time to time but it’s 99% my fault now for not taking my time and finishing the dose correctly.

@rorynotsorry I get burning with GHKU and MOTS-C. MOTS-C isn't too bad and goes away after a few minutes. GHKU can last DAYS - ain't nobody got time for that...

Tesamorelin: The Visceral Fat Crusher Tesamorelin is a GHRH analog that tells your pituitary to pump out more of your own natural growth hormone. What makes it special? It has the strongest clinical backing of any peptide for specifically targeting visceral adipose tissue — that deep, dangerous fat wrapped around your organs. Unlike most fat-loss tools, it preferentially reduces VAT while often leaving subcutaneous fat and scale weight relatively unchanged. Users (and studies) consistently see drops in waist circumference, better body comp, improved lipids, and that tighter midsection without the usual trade-offs. Perfect addition in a cut or recomp when diet + training have already handled the easy fat but that stubborn visceral layer is still hanging around. Stacks nicely with ipamorelin or other GH secretagogues for amplified signaling. I’ve been running it in my own research protocols and the difference in how clothes fit and how I feel is noticeable. Sourcing: Getting mine from @tonymission at Peptide Plugs New customers — drop code fitcap at checkout for 10% off. Link: peptideplugs.com/?ref=FITCAP Not medical advice. Research only. Do your due diligence. Who else has tesamorelin in their stack right now? 👀

@cybrtrkguy I’ve a got a brand new set of 4 still in my garage wrapped in plastic. When Tesla finally released them after I’d had my foundation for 6+ months I never put them on. I like the look of the wheel and would destroy them anyway.

@84SimpleMan @BFL_Michelle I get the blend concept, but I’ve recently found in my own research that individual peptides allow for much more flexibility. Use them individually, spike a specific peptide based on its specific benefits, combined them as your own blend in a single syringe etc etc

@HunterEsoteric DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH This “cheat sheet” is just click bate to get you into his website to pay for other things. There’s truly so much more that goes into proper peptide “research “ that has many variables based on individual physical health and body characteristics.
