I’ve had a very difficult time just reading about the couple who aborted their Down’s syndrome child. It’s maybe the worst thing I’ve ever seen on social media - and that’s really saying something. It has made me feel physically sick for days now.
I prayed for that baby’s soul last night… that child deserved so much and had a beautiful future ahead. They deserved birth, joy, family, love, - everything the child would have given to the world if they had not been brutally murdered.
My mother was a special needs teacher before meeting my father and one thing she always showed me was how much people with special needs contribute to the world and brighten life. Anyone who has ever met anyone with Down’s syndrome knows how wonderful they are - a true gift in this world.
Please join me in continuing to pray for that baby with me tonight. As for the parents… May God have mercy on their dark, wretched, demonic souls.
I can only think of that Shakespeare quote - “Hell is empty, and all the devils are here.”

Well sure, the entire Congress is made up of 535 of the biggest boobs in this country. But the “better people” didn’t run. Platner did. By all means, stay home and don’t vote. I don’t blame anyone who takes that route. I just think you’ve failed to articulate why Platner is uniquely unqualified for this position.

I realize “President shares crazy thing on Truth Social” isn’t really big news anymore, but the fact that President Trump loves the idea of cops adopting the symbol of the Punisher -- with a Trump haircut -- does seem like one more example of the fact that the man who sits atop the executive branch of the U.S. government doesn’t understand what law enforcement is supposed to stand for.
