@MwangiHub The jobs were advertised through a consultant to avoid political interference. You could not tell if it was KPLC.

KPLC has recruited 450 new Engineers. The jobs were never advertised for competitive recruitment and 418 Engineers are from one community.

@Brayohki Is there any place that pays attachees? Or did you mean internship?... Cz last I checked attachment is for school so nobody is obligated to pay you for that cz it's you who needs it to graduate. Maybe tu you land on some good ones that choose to give you something small for fare.

@muchogokariuki @Kenya_Ports Where is the list ? You even asked about integrity in the amptitute tests when the whole firm is driven by favoritism and corruption. It’s so unfair to believe all these when you can’t clear the air of how everything happened .

My friends, they say positions at KPA are already confirmed and people are preparing to report but let’s be honest with ourselves: those opportunities were taken long before we ever had a fair chance. From the very beginning, the system spoke for itself. How does an application suddenly hit ‘maximum applicants reached’ at least for the graduate trainee? That is not coincidence that is a deliberate cap, a controlled gatekeeping. It points to a process many of us fear was influenced by money, connections, and favoritism. And once again, the youth are left frustrated, watching doors close before we can even knock. If the process was truly fair and transparent, then let the list be made public. Until then, it is hard to convince a generation that merit still matters in this country.

Mungu si adhumani. We have been out here, crying as unemployed youth. We told this KPA CEO now in hospital how people were employed based on tribes, on bribery, on handouts of over 300K, on corruption. We told him how no Kenyan was even shortlisted, and he never responded. He stayed silent something many have seen as arrogance. All I pray is that he may go to Sayun, and be questioned by He whom he cannot lie to.

PSC has introduced a new system to verify academic certificates in public service. This comes after fake papers slipped through due to old systems, allowing unqualified people to get jobs and promotions.
