Update: If we add up ALL the output of all the battery makers, we see that they could keep the world in energy for about 8 minutes. The energy problem is BIG. Batteries are small.

@latimeralder You should see the math on numbers of windturbine and solar panels, in the US alone we would need over 800,000 windmills ......we only have 75,000 now, we have the capacity to make/install 3 to 4 thousand a year. Now add replacement of 20-25 years, it would take about 600 years

They’ve just found another 1.1 BILLION barrels of oil in the North Sea. That’s over £1 TRILLION in energy sitting under our feet. Yet Britain is shutting down its own industry and buying oil and gas from Norway while our energy bills explode. How does that make any sense?
