@tarang8811 @sflorimm There are some nice guided meditation videos on YouTube. They can walk you through it. Find a short one to begin. Worked wonders for me my stress and anxiety.

Just found out Claude ruined my original non-live artifact dashboard template while creating the live version. 😮‍💨 Thankfully I had it all versioned on GitHub, just beware

I experimented with Live Artifacts yesterday. The drop timing was perfect since I just finished creating a skill that results in a dashboard. I worked in Cowork, set up a local folder structure, dropped excel sheets with raw data and built the skill to parse them and extract insights. Part of the skill is a script that parses excel and creates a JSON "db" for faster access and validation later. Worked fine, and I could share the finished dashboard via email, on sharemyartifact.com, host it on GitHub Pages and a million other ways. Easy win. Then I read about the new drop from Anthropic. With a quick desktop app update and one prompt I have a Live Artifact. It's a version completely fixed in time. Lives only on my computer. And I cannot share it. So I asked Claude to explain the benefits of Live Artifacts. It was a long reply, but essentially it boils down to MCP connectors. If my JSON db was accessible via an MCP connecter the artifact would automatically update the data. Still no access from anywhere but my computer, no sharing options. If your data lives online and Claude can be connected to it - sure, there are use cases for the Live Artifacts. I find them extremely limited though. Have you found Live Artifact useful for your workflows?

@nlw These posts really need to quantify better. Terrible at what? Coding? Sure. Orchestrating other agents, it’s good. No code workflows, the best I’ve seen. If you tried to generate an image with it then I don’t know what to tell ya
