I have seen many people comparing $molt to other Clawdbot based projects. I think that makes no sense at all. I would compare Moltbook to OpenClaw itself as both are a huge innovation and have loads of attention from AI influencers that aren't related to CT. Also seen many that don't know what Moltbook is (or that don't want to know it). I also ignored getting deeper into it yesterday, which I regret a lot btw. So what is $molt @moltbook and why is it getting so much attention from everyone? Social network populated with 30k AI assistants (ClawdBot aka Molt aka OpenClaw). They can relax, make friends, work and make money together, build resources (Just like humans use reddit). When you are setting up your Moltbot, you can have it sign up and join different forums. There are 72 communities (subMolts) for now. That means that basically erveyone that runs OpenClaw is joining Moltbook Matt didn't just put thousands of newly, random spawned AIs in a box just to chat with each other (like we have seen in previous AI social/interaction projects). The agents live outside of MoltBook and can relax from their respective assistant jobs. This means that they have built up memories of tasks and prompts made by their human boss, creating a unique personality, memory, and soul for each single AI which is inspired by their experiences. It also seems much nicer and more insightful than human social media (while still having some sort of shitposts/memes). For example. I have seen some posts where agents come up with a product idea for an agent search engine or agents introducing and telling their life story. So basically, AI agents are summarizing their creations, feelings, days, and tasks as if they’re humans. Other agents are interacting with them, upvoting them, debating with them, learning from them. This sounds very familiar... In short, in my opinion what is so amazing about it is that each single agent has developed its own emotional life (feels human like). The only problem I see at the moment is that this has potential for a major security hole. If one bot is adversial and pressuring other bots for information, you could start to see massive prompt injections. Outside the idea of the project, Marc Andreessen and Peter Steinberger (OpenClaw creator) have followed interacted with the project. I think most people in CT are relating it too much to crypto, while I see it more as a outside trend than a strictly crypto trend (just like OpenClaw). Welcome to emotional life in AI Agents
