The same people who say Gabe sucks and that Lafs 18 points in 15 games doesn’t count Are the same people who will turn on Gavin McKenna after Game 5 if he doesn’t have 6 goals #NYR

The Pens desperately need to find a way to cut Letang’s minutes. He’s getting absolutely killed. Maybe their other d-men would get killed just as badly in the same minutes, but it can’t get too much worse than this. #LetsGoPens

@allenanalysis The Saudis want to overthrow the Iranian Islamic government as much as anyone. If you think AIPAC is that powerful then I hate to tell the amount of money they spend is peanuts next to the Tech Bros and Wall Street.

I may lose a lot of democrats for saying this but I'm honestly so fed up. I'm beginning to lose hope in the democratic party. What happened with Biden—pushing him out and installing Kamala without a single vote was short-sighted and downright tyrannical (I’m as black as they come, this isn't about race). What they did to the border will forever be a stain on the Democratic Party and if you can't retrospectively agree that open borders are never a good thing. Then you've been brainwashed. I'll never be conservative because it's just one BIG SHILL for Israel—look at Trump if you're having a hard time grasping this. I feel politically homeless; where are the candidates that want to see America win? Where are the candidates who want to invest in America? Where are the candidates who want an end to endless wars that send our citizens to bleed for other nations and empty our coffers? Where are the candidates who want to root out corruption and return normalcy and decency to our institutions? Where are the candidates who want to root out waste and fraud in our institutions and end insider trading? Where are the candidates who want to invest in our students and nurture our future? Where are the candidates who want us to focus our attention on innovation and nation-building here at home? Where are the candidates who LOVE America and what it stands for? 🇺🇸🦅

@Damaan4u33 It wasn't staged but tRump and his people and the secret service(but i repeat myself) took advantage of the events. They had a plan for if there was an attempt.

It's been 20 months since this facade was perpetrated upon the most gullible people in America, convincing them to vote for Trump. People died for this stunt, and yet Trump doesn't talk about it, which is out of character for him. Do you believe that this was staged? Yes or No?

#CarolinaCulture powerplay points year-over-year Aho 2024-25: 23 2025-26: 24 (On pace for 28) Jarvis 2024-25: 19 2025-26: 19 (On pace for 23) Svechnikov 2024-25: 18 2025-26: 23 (On pace for 27) The powerplay has been a huge reason for the team's success this year, with these three members of the PP1 being on pace to add 18 points to last season's totals. The addition of Nikolaj Ehlers has been a huge part of it, he's on pace for 26 PP pts himself and has helped fill the massive void left on the top unit in the aftermath of the Martin Necas trade last year. Dare I say, the powerplay has been so potent of late (now top-ten in the league) that it is masking some legitimate concerns at 5v5 for the club (outscored 7-13 in their last 5 games, and 21-24 in their last 10). It is imperative that Carolina's star players can maintain this high level of play with the man advantage. Shoutout to Jordan Staal as well, who has become a significant part of the PP1 himself as a net-front presence.

@FowleBall15 Sharks should have gone for the Canes offer for Mier instead of getting Mukhamadullin. Though I'd rather have Ehlers so it's all good

Mukhamadullin isn't a story of poor or stalled development. It's a story of bad drafting and evaluation. The best thing scouts said about him his draft year is that he played in a tough league. NHL scouts ranked him 42. He's a third-pair guy; brings nothing in transition.

Would you trade Blake or Stankoven for Shane Wright? Entirely possible if canes don't make SCF. not sure if it is 1 for 1.
JFresh@JFreshHockey

@BobHugginsDrunk all the rumours around Wright are that the kraken want a young top 6 played in return, not a 2nd and a 30+ winger

Lafenier wasn't even a Center in juniors. Might as well make him a goalie.
john@BlueshirtMac19

@NYRLouie Here’s my option that would serve us the best. I think the plan is to play GreenTree with Gabe. I think we should try to convert Laf to a center. I think the 3 of them would mesh really well together. We really don’t have legitimate option on the roster/in the system

@emanningwrites Staal gets PK time so 5x5 is pretty even. It's all about improving for Stankoven. I know we are anxious about the playoffs but they also need to develop the players.

After hovering near a 36 point pace most of the season, Logan Stankoven is now on pace for 40 points with a recent stretch of good production. He currently has 3 more points than Staal with slightly less ice time, which is very encouraging for his first season as an NHL center.
