@mayaofficialph @LuiAndreya Wala nga sumasagot ngani. Napakatagal, tapos kailangan pa mag-load para makatawag sa landline. Yung toll free, "cannot be completed if dialed" ang prompt kapag tumawag gamit ang mobile. Sana mobile phone friendly hotline ninyo.

Hi @DtiPhilippines @NTCPH baka pwedeng paki investigate ang @ConvergeSupport regarding sa service nila. Hindi kami pwede madelay sa payment kasi cut agad pero service and connection nila intermittent
