I'm going to launch a local newsletter. My goal is to generate $100k in side income within 12 months. Here's how I'm gonna do it: 1. Weekly, high level bullet points for events, what’s happening, what you missed, etc. 2. Three main sections, each town adjacent to the other 3. First 1,000 subscribers from local FB groups 4. Run local ads (FB primarily) up to 2,500 subs 5. Hire PT writer 6. Double down on town-specific content + consider 1-2 more towns 7. Do this until 10,000 subscribers 8. Sell niche ad placement from local mom + pop businesses 9. Hire PT sales guy to sell local ads on commission 10. Rinse, repeat. Here's the fun part: I'm not going to spend more than 5 hours per week on this project.
