Ian was admitted to a special PhD program that catered to minority applicants and had less stringent admissions standards. It is what it is. The primary reason for this is having a third party accountant review my use of estimates around AROs, and double checking our footnotes to ensure completeness, and that our presentations and disclosures are in compliance with the most recent FASB checklist.
