Day 48 of the next 50 years was cardio and legs. Feels so good to be back to my functional bodybuilding training instead of traditional bodybuilding. Same kind of leg day when I was in my 30’s 💪🏼 when this was taken.

If you think its easy cause Im “holding on to the cage” think again. My entire posterior chain from my upper back down to my calves is destroyed. Also I squat to make my deadlift stronger not for aesthetics. Hope that clears some things up.
