@USPSHelp No tracking update from my last complaint. What happened to these packages? Dropped off at Kilmer (Edison) where an employee said, "I'll take care of it" after being too busy to help right away. She didn't take care of it. Where. Is. It?

@USPSHelp we dropped off 2 packages at our local office. They were too busy to deal with them and we were told to "drop it off on the scale and they'll be taken care of". That was 2 hours ago. No notification that it was scanned. Went BACK to the office and (1/2)

(2/2) was told "uhhh, well they aren't here now". Where in the world are our packages???

@AAACares We have been waiting for our car to be towed for over 4 hours. I've called and no one can give me an ETA. I understand that I'm not an emergency, but can someone at least provide an ETA?? Need it towed before tomorrow afternoon

@FedExHelp you had a wonderful agent on the phone after I had the worst AI phone experience. However she still couldn't tell me how my package was sitting in a FedEx depot in my town, was "out for delivery" and then somehow ended up in the next state! What...?

@whatisdoni @OptimumHelp @optimum I just unplugged my router and plugged it back in 15 seconds later. Internet came back up. It would have been nice if that text I signed up for told me to do it, but no. Did it on a whim. Try it and see if it works

18+ hours of @OptimumHelp @optimum wide area outage without any official info. CS rep mentioned a “fiber break” but that wouldn’t take so long to fix. What a terrible company.
