@felixrieseberg @vite_js @tan_stack With respect, as an all day-every day user, my experience this week has been the opposite. Cowork has significantly slowed down in its action taking. The 1m context is great, less lossy consolidation, but tasks Cowork used to take 10-mins to do are now taking 2-hours.

A small ship I love: We made Claude.ai and our desktop apps meaningful faster this week.
We moved our architecture from SSR to a static @vite_js & @tan_stack router setup that we can serve straight from workers at the edge. Time to first byte is down 65% at p75, prompts show up 50% sooner, navigation is snappier.
We're not done (not even close!) but we care and we'll keep chipping away. Aiming to make Claude a little better every day.

Anthropic shipped Dispatch yesterday. I tested it for several hours.
It's not Cowork on your phone. It's a command center — you send instructions from mobile, Claude orchestrates real work on your desktop. One persistent thread, multiple parallel tasks.
The thing worth knowing: the Telephone Game.
The Dispatch orchestrator doesn't read your CLAUDE.md. It formulates task prompts on assumptions. Sub-tasks do read it — but by then, the prompt already carries imprecise framing.
Fix: mention CLAUDE.md in your Dispatch message. Don't assume it knows your setup.
Other gotchas:
- Pre-configure connectors on desktop first
- "Keep awake" must be on
- No file picker on mobile — describe the folder path
- Can't attach files yet — email them to yourself
Made this guide from my phone. Claude built it on my desktop while I was on the couch.

The plugin connects to Vertex AI Memory Bank running inside YOUR GCP project, using YOUR credentials (Application Default Credentials via gcloud auth). The data is stored in YOUR project's Vertex AI infrastructure, governed by YOUR IAM policies.

We've rolled out a new auto-memory feature. Claude now remembers what it learns across sessions — your project context, debugging patterns, preferred approaches — and recalls it later without you having to write anything down.
