Yep, and as a corporate lawyer that understands how HR policies are written, you would never tell an employee to try to do CPR when the cops are already there. Even if you think your employee is amazing at it, there is too much risk if they screw it up. What if they lied about being trained in it? Now you’re having a non-professional perform a procedure wrong? That’s not how any manager anywhere in society is trained - they are trained to get people away and let professionals do their job.
