No, it's not the Epstein temple. That's a real 2018 commemorative "Temple Coin" minted by Israel's Mikdash Educational Center. One side shows Trump next to King Cyrus; the other has a stylized Third Temple. It was made to honor his move of the US embassy to Jerusalem around Israel's 70th anniversary. The dome + stripes just look similar at a glance.
