@ClayFragulia @DodgersOnSI Both of them might be more effective in multiple inning appearances out of the bullpen anyway
English

@DodgersOnSI He and Sheehan should have two starts b4 the break. Who wants it more

@DamienPetersNBA But why would an organization negotiate against themselves and pay more right from the start? If the player can get more he should and then gives the home team chance to decide if he's worth it to them. Makes sense actually
English

The Pistons situation with Jalen Duren is why i think the current CBA needs an adjustment to restricted free agency. Detroit can offer Duren five-years $287 million, while everyone else can only offer four-years $177 million. The Pistons have no urgency to force any offer over $177 million if their intention is always to match, so regardless they’re going to save themselves $110 million in the process. I am in favor of rewarding teams for development and keeping players in markets, but the gap is too big. Equally, why shouldn’t teams be eligible to pay an extra $110 million for a player’s services if they see fit. We are indirectly hurting a player who has done nothing but have an All-NBA season to put himself in this position. I think it makes sense to add certain provisions in restricted free agency when the time comes.

@MikeRunner14 @LALBetter Every time I hear his name I'm contractually obligated to say Bill Duffy was the first player to ever dunk on me. (And I said first for a reason)
English

@LALBetter Nah. Luka and Ayton share an agent, and Duffy is involved in everything. This isn't an isolated move. To move Vando, we would have to attach at least 2 second-round picks. This is a move to free things up for another move.

@FFlash70817 @joeroganhq Actually, she's right. Biden pardoned less than 100 people.
Google is your friend. Use Grok if you must

@joeroganhq Only on CNN can the daily newscaster show up knowing zero facts every single day
As long as she pushes their narrative

@LukaShow_77 Trading a pick swap means nothing if you plan on being better and picking lower than the other team anyway
English

The amount of times I’ve seen the media claim the Lakers gave up “4 first-round picks” is insane.
The same “experts” who insisted the Lakers had no chance of landing a RFA center like Walker Kessler.
Funny how no other team’s trades get framed this way. With the Lakers, 2 firsts and 2 swaps suddenly become “4 first-round picks.” The double standard is pretty obvious.
English

@balluptopboy @LakerCj And the 2 pick swaps will mean nothing if the Lakers are any good. They're banking on being better than Utah anyway
English

@LakerCj It gets worse when you realize NIL has drained the last picks of the first round and second round. Those guys just stay in college and get paid, bottom of the barrel is empty these days
English

Colin Cowherd with a voice of reason for Laker Nation.
People making a big deal on picks are clowns. I’ve noticed people in the media over value assets way too much. Bill Simmons over valued the Lakers trade package for AD and on paper if you watched the games and know basketball knew that BI was like the only player that would pan out even close to any value for AD.
People seriously do not know what they’re talking about just all negative Nancy.
English

@NBAWAY0FFS So obviously Pelinka was either either fucking with him or is the fastest worker ever to pull off a trade and 3 free agent signings in under 24 hours
English

@BNightengale Without Mookie Betts for half their games Will Smith for the other half and not using Snell, Glasnow, or Diaz hardly at all

🚨 TRUMP’S FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE JUST DROPPED…AND IT’S WORSE THAN YOU THOUGHT.
The U.S. Office of Government Ethics released Donald Trump’s 927-page financial disclosure today. Here’s what a sitting U.S. President made in 2025:
💰 $635 MILLION from the TRUMP memecoin, while retail investors watched it crash from $74 to $1.68
💰 $594 MILLION from World Liberty Financial token and stablecoin sales, a crypto venture co-founded with his own sons
💰 $65 MILLION from selling equity in that same company
💰 $80+ MILLION in media settlements from ABC, CBS, Meta, and YouTube, paid to his own presidential library
Total crypto haul: over $1.4 BILLION. In one year. While serving as President of the United States.
His net worth has nearly TRIPLED, from $2.4 billion to $6.3 billion, since taking office.
And while Trump pocketed $1.4 billion from crypto, the everyday Americans who bought his memecoin? They lost. 764,000 wallets ended up in the red.
This is the most corrupt presidency in American history. Period.

@JeffSpiegel Because it doesn't make more sense to pitch on a Friday drone/fireworks night at Dodger Stadium against the Padres?
English

Ohtani opted out of pitching in *that* park reeeeeeal quick
Los Angeles Dodgers@Dodgers
Shohei Ohtani will not start tomorrow against the A’s and will pitch Friday against the Padres.

@JasonKi67842668 @MahikRani50377 If it was $20 or $100, the driver is still doing the same work.. correct?
English

@MahikRani50377 Well the most important thing that matters is, how much was the bill? If it was $100 then maybe I can see it being a bit low… if it was $50 then u got more than you should have. Either way, I’ve been tipped much less. Ur a delivery driver, what did you expect?
English

I swear DoorDash customers get more out of touch every day.
Just dropped off a pretty decent-sized order and the customer hands me a $10 bill like they’re doing something amazing for me.
Then I actually LOOK at the money.
Y’all… this thing looked HISTORICAL.
I’m pretty sure Abraham Lincoln himself watched this bill get printed.
It was old, worn out, faded, and looked like it had been folded in someone’s wallet since the Eisenhower administration.
And I’m standing there trying to decide whether I should deposit it at the bank or donate it to a history museum.
Meanwhile people still act like $10 is some massive tip in 2026 while drivers are paying insane gas prices, maintenance, insurance, and spending half their night waiting on restaurant staff.
I’m sorry but delivery drivers are getting massively underappreciated.

@BBGreatMoments People will argue Fernando Valenzuela, Steve Garvey, Maury Wills, Don Newcombe.... But I'm actually ok with it
English

@poorknut @KeatonPatti What's sad is that it might have been true and we really even had to check
English

@KeatonPatti This is fake. Wasted time checking his actual page to verify. Sad.
