@SaksService @saks 10/24/18, I returned 2 orders in one box using Saks' mailing label. 11/13/18, and the package has still not been received. I am told it "should be" received November 15th and then will take another two weeks from then for my credit card refund. BAD BUSINESS!

Terrible customer service at @saks nyc. Tried to make a return and was completely ignored and treated very poorly by the salespeople in children’s apparel. Too busy chasing down sales. Won’t be back!

I would never buy anything @saks again. One time, I bought a YSL lipstick, which didn’t suit me, and they would not take it back! Drugstores take back makeup items, which don’t suit customers. #Saks is not cool.
