@delhivery I have dispatched my parcel from Delhivery direct on 19th Oct 2022 for Patiala Punjab, and still not delivered. It has been 18 days now, already raised 3-4 support ticket but still I have not got any response. I am really disappointed with this kind of service.

@StanChartHelp See. That's what I am talking about. Customer service! It's implicit that once I have spoken with one of SC's teams, the message would and should go to the desired team, social.india..., in this case. I myself am a banker and I know what a seemless comm means for a customer.

@StanChartHelp 4. These charges used to then be reversed and I used to pay the bill accordingly.
5. What used to bother me like hell was two things:
One - why to levy charges which would be then reversed
Two - everytime i called the call center, it took 6min 10sec to talk to a human
