@NYCMayor Hopefully you do some good for NYC. I fled in 2015 after my immigrant mother drank herself to death, after 3 of the tenants stopped paying rent. It took more than a year to evict them and the house was lost before the courts evicted them.

I have seen the concerning footage of Council Member Chi Ossé’s arrest earlier today and am in touch with Commissioner Tisch about the nature of the arrest. It is a pleasure to work alongside Council Member Ossé, a leader in his community and a partner in building a safer and more affordable New York City. I am grateful he is out of custody.
