Bayer has just SUED Pfizer, BioNTech, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson in federal court. Because the mRNA stabilisation technology used in every single COVID vaccine injected into your kids, your parents, your pregnant friends, your grandmother in the care home was patented by Monsanto in the 1980s for CROPS. And the company that owns the patent is now in court demanding royalties. This is not a conspiracy theory. This is Bayer's own lawyers, in Bayer's own filings, on the public record. They are literally arguing in federal court that their agricultural genetic modification technology was copied and injected into human beings WITHOUT A LICENSE. Meanwhile Moderna just paid Roivant $2.25 BILLION to settle a separate mRNA patent lawsuit. BioNTech is suing Moderna. GSK is suing Moderna. Everyone is suing everyone. The patent fights alone are going to cost these companies tens of billions of dollars. If Bayer is right, then every single "safety study" that was rushed through in 2020 was looking at the wrong thing. They were testing a vaccine. They were not testing an agricultural genetic modification platform being used in humans for the first time. I have been saying this since 2021. The same institutions that LIED to you about Iraq having WMDs, about the 2008 bailouts being a "one time thing", about inflation being transitory, about Epstein killing himself, those are the SAME institutions that told you to take a shot based on two months of trial data. If you still trust them after THIS one, I genuinely do not know what to tell you. Wake up. Get healthy. Get off their food. Get off their media. Get off their system.

“Your digestion slows down when your metabolic rate slows down from hypothyroidism, and so your stomach becomes sluggish, doesn't secrete much, and doesn't move fast enough. People can have very slow transit time, so they might eat a carrot today and it might not come out for four or five days. That's what happens with hypothyroidism, and speeding up your digestion and secretions can help. Digestion should be so active, streaming fluid from your stomach, and pancreas, and liver should wash your whole small intestine clean so that no bacteria can thrive in it.” — Ray Peat This lady posted on Reddit how she spent years, and who knows how much, trying to solve her SIBO. She was told she didn’t have any thyoid issues and kept on the pharma/alt health merrygoround. This included: —Nutritionists —Acupuncturists —15+ naturopaths —“Gut health coaches" —Multiple gastroenterologists —Functional medicine doctors Elemental diet (done it twice) $800 on SIBO breath tests alone Low FODMAP became my personality “The most frustrating part was for years, my thyroid labs were "normal." TSH bounced between 2.0-2.5, free T4 right in the middle of the range. Every doctor looked at those numbers and moved on to prescribe another round of gut-focused treatment. Meanwhile, I had Hashimoto's antibodies through the roof, but they kept saying my thyroid function was "fine." Eventually, someone tested her thyroid hormone T3. It was in the gutter. Her thyroid gland was fine. She started T3. “Within 3 weeks, my morning "hangover" feeling was gone. I was actually having bowel movements without coffee. Bloating reduced by maybe 50%. Brain fog starting to lift. I had energy to actually do things with my partner again. The bloating took longer, probably 6-8 weeks to really improve. Still have bad days, especially around my cycle. At week 8, I retested for SIBO. Hydrogen was 12 ppm. First negative result since my thirties. Had to retest it because I didn't believe it. The restrictive diets I'd been following were actually making my thyroid worse. Carbohydrates are essential for T4 to T3 conversion. Every time I went low-carb or did another elimination diet, I was sabotaging my thyroid function and perpetuating the cycle.” She had a genetic thyroid hormone conversion issue, among other things, but there are many other thyroid hormone issues that are missed by standard testing. One study found that hypothyroid patients were 11 times more likely to have SIBO.

Can’t fix the bloat? One study found SIBO, the overgrowth that causes bloating, is 11 times more common in people with hypothyroidism. Antibiotics, herbal or prescription, can kill off the overgrowth, but if the thyroid hormone is low, then gut transit will be slow, and stomach acid will be low, too. This creates a favorable environment for these bacteria to repopulate, leading to bloating, gas, and flatulence. “A total of 27 patients with a history of hypothyroidism demonstrated a positive result to the breath test (54%), compared with two in the control group ( 5%).” 54% of people diagnosed with hypo had SIBO compared with 5% in the non-hypo group. “Abdominal discomfort, flatulence, and bloating were significantly more prevalent in the bacterial overgrowth positive group.” From: Association between Hypothyroidism and Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth

🎸 Def Leppard My “Rock of Ages” Guitar Solo cover from the Pyromania album! I was in a hair band mood tonight so I worked this up. Fun Facts: The opening “Gunter Glieben Glauchen Globen” is pure gibberish from producer Mutt Lange — he got sick of counting “1-2-3-4” and just started spitting nonsense for laughs (the band loved it so much they kept it). The chorus/title was born when Joe Elliott found a Bible open to the old hymn “Rock of Ages” left behind by a church choir that had used the studio the day before. He sang it over the melody and Mutt yelled “That’s it!” There are hilarious backmasked messages hidden in the guitar solo — play it forward and you’ll hear Joe yelling stuff like “Fuck the Russians!” and “Brezhnev’s got herpes!” (Cold War studio humor). Guitarist spotlight: Steve Clark (the “Riffmaster”) laid down those thunderous main riffs on his Gibson Les Pauls, while Phil Collen — who had just joined the band mid-Pyromania after Pete Willis was let go — delivered the blistering solo (one of his very first recordings with Def Leppard!). Together they became the legendary “Terror Twins.” Follow me @KeithWhitemusic — I follow back! 🤘 Let’s keep the rock alive! #DefLeppard #RockOfAges #GuitarCover #Pyromania #80sRock #ClassicRock #KeithWhite #GuitarSolo

Huwwwahhhhh👶 : after all these years and hundreds of hospital visits .. I am exhaustipated ..imbecile in a cubicle << Me .. looking for the shadows of shoes on the other side of the door " Is that my oncologist pausing ?, takings a deep breath? before delivering The News ..he had to do it before and asked the nurse " How was he? " .. I was already ripping the drywall down , tore the cabinets from the wall " .. No . I was calm .. Bad news is my life .. and it doesn't matter how much floating energy that I put out into the world or worship tree stumps and Mother Gaia . whatever will be , will be.. Nevertheless it wears me down . wondering , expecting the worst , hoping for the best . I have no control in this life an death matter .. just gotta find a way to laugh at it all when the tide rolls out because it inevitably rolls back in.. nonetheless .The battle plan is . In May comes another Easy Bake my brain MRI .. the cacophonous clatter , the knowing that every electron in my noodle is being spun . If it clears and show my brain . I move unto my radio-oncologist and he'll show me the good and the bad . One hour crash course of every slice of my brain .. He has to show me !! .. By the end I am flipping out . Too much . then back to the regular oncologist and if all is bad or good . another CT scan and if that clears... in July .. the hopeful removal of this chest port .. I told him " I heard they'll rip that thing out ?" .. Yes .. but he won't with mine .. He's heard horror stories of patients.. that they felt that garden hose being pulled out of their heart and it made them mental .. feeling a 1/2" man-made tapeworm being yanked out of my heart is something I'm just not ready for .. He said I will be under .. Thanks ..

welp .. heading to The Cancer Center .. lost count in the 6 years of hospital visits .. well over 200 . and admittedly I get panicked . when 198 visits were alone ..Feel I have been traumatized going from " It's Stage 4 and we expected you to die .. to you have had a remarkable transition " .. Yeah .. my head got whacked and one of the reasons I ramble on X ... frayed nerves .. On today's Menu .. we have check-in . sit and wait for the Bloodletter with the Golden Medicinal Leech patch . some I recognize when called out and horrifying memories flood back of being an inanimate crash test dummy that an aspiring phlebotomist stabs . foraging for a vein repeatedly and I start grimacing in pain .. The jerk in me comes out " You even know what your'e doing?" . and an overseeing nurse . The Expert says " " She's doing her best and she's learning " . Oh OK .. so I am just supposed to be patient and wait til she strikes oil " . If your'e the expert and your student is a bruiser and turning me into a pin cushion .. Step up . push The DEI aside and take a pint .. then it's back out to the waiting room ..the sands of time are going slow .... vitals and then to my cold cell .... tap tap ...tapping at my chamber door .. Nevermore . Dr Cool comes in and blood pressure settles back to normal .. casual converse , all's cool , and back to the waiting room .. waiting .. and hopefully an infusion nurse from Kwik Lube summons me back .. ask me how I'm doing in the exchange of pleasantries .. I reply " Miserable " then the team from Chernobyl comes and unfurls the Port Cleaning kit and sucks out all the blood clots and debri from a stagnant port line .. Sticks a needle the diameter of a #2 pencil into my chest and draws back .. . I have seen nurses pulling so hard ,, That they looked like they were working out a Planet Fitness doing leg squats . . My eyes wide .. well when is this going to happen to me ? couldn't pull because the line was connected to the deep fat fryer at KFC .. and sucking a chicken bone through a port ain't cool .. Oh Sunny Days . Oh Sunny Days

A new treatment literally removes Alzheimer’s plaque in just one hour. Scientists have unveiled a groundbreaking approach to treating Alzheimer’s disease using supramolecular nanoparticles that act as the medicine itself rather than just a delivery vehicle. Unlike traditional therapies that target neurons directly, these engineered particles focus on repairing the blood-brain barrier—the critical interface that regulates brain health. By mimicking natural ligands, the particles reactivate a protein called LRP1, which serves as a molecular ferry responsible for transporting toxic amyloid-beta out of the brain and into the bloodstream. In laboratory tests, just three injections reduced toxic plaque levels by up to 60 percent in as little as one hour, essentially jump-starting a stalled waste-clearance system. The long-term cognitive impact of this treatment is even more promising for the future of dementia research. Mice at an age equivalent to a 60-year-old human regained normal behavioral patterns six months after receiving the therapy, with brain imaging revealing a dramatic decrease in amyloid plaques compared to untreated subjects. This shift toward restoring the brain's vascular function suggests that we may be able to reverse neurodegeneration by fixing the "plumbing" of the brain rather than focusing solely on the cells themselves. While human trials are still on the horizon, this innovative strategy offers a vital new roadmap for treating a disease that has long resisted conventional medical intervention. source: UCL News. For a retired 71 yr old I’m great. But I’ve only got so much tread left on these tires. I decided to use it for the rest of my journey…and not burn them up on stage trying to prove I’m as good as I ever was. I can live with that choice. I would’ve been a shadow of my former self out there anyway.

That one dented can of Beefaroni from Dollar General passed the Shake Test .. shake it and listen to the sloshing around of the sauce " ketchup " .. then I know the contents might be noodles of whatever roadkill was added during processing .. Today's breakfast past 50/50 and after spectral analysis and vigorous shaking on the Richter shake table .. It was determined to have 60% noodles .

Gotta an appointment next week with my oncologist . Known him so long that . I've watched his kids grow up , go to college and start a family of their own . JK ..The times between hospital visit has slowed down drastically .. At first .. It was Fast and The Furious ..had my head bolted down to an MRI every week . then some other roving Star Wars photon torpedo linear accelerator " The Good Times " . I was not expected to live .. He reminds me that every other visit or when I am bitch'n about something " You know .. had it been a year earlier .. We wouldn't be having this conversation " Yeah Yeah . but but ... Supposedly I had the right DNA to get cancer , but also the right DNA that immunotherapy works with and turned my white blood cells into cancer killers ..Supercharged it . my oncologist make me out to be a rockstar , and brings in students ' "Look at Him .. Would you look at him .. That's the freak we talked about in class " .. Well .much good has come from it even though it stunk on many levels . The good part might be " Hey .. There is Hope .. Don't let go . getting a diagnosis of stage 4 doesn't mean it's over . might mean it's time to beat it to the ground " Hope Springs Eternal

A violinist played for 45 minutes in the Washington D.C. subway. Of the 1,097 people who passed by, seven stopped to listen to him, and one recognized him. He collected $32.17 in tips from 27 passersby (excluding $20 from the one who recognized him). Only one person knew this, but the violinist was Joshua Bell, one of the best musicians in the world. In that subway, Joshua played one of the most intricate pieces ever written with a violin worth 3.5 million dollars. Two days before he played in the subway, Joshua Bell sold out a Boston theatre, and the seats averaged about $100. The experiment proved that the extraordinary in an ordinary environment does not shine and is so often overlooked and undervalued. There are brilliantly talented people everywhere who aren’t receiving the recognition and reward they deserve. But once they arm themselves with value and confidence and remove themselves from an environment that isn’t serving them, they thrive and grow. Your gut is telling you something. Listen to it if it’s telling you where you are isn’t enough! Go where you are appreciated and valued. Know Your Worth. Credit : @foundconsciousness via IG
