This Penguins Season has obviously been fun, no matter how it ends. It makes me think what’s the best Non-Cup Winning Season?

@TheTopTopicSub @whopper014 Did you follow hockey in 1999? The crease rules were black and white. It was an unmitigated disaster that everybody hated. Every other rule in hockey is judgment, I don't have a problem with judgment on the goaltender interference calls
