The safety at London City was so bad that not only was nobody near the stand to assist an emergency with a fan, & the AWFC dugout fell apart, at full time I swear a young girl ran onto the pitch to ask Chloe Kelly for a shirt, nobody blinked, then she just ran all the way off 🤷🏻‍♂️

@EmiratesSupport thank you I’ve received a full refund for 2 out of 3 tickets claimed for. I’ve yet to receive a refund for the 3rd ticket plus the seat selection charges for the 3 seats. Please can you help? Who should I contact?

@KristoferA @emirates 100% agree. Due to fly on 8th to Singapore via Dubai. They can’t guarantee the flights can be completed so should allow us to make alternative arrangements and issue a full refund

Perhaps time for @emirates to apply flexible cancellation and itinerary change options until (at least) the end of the month? This day-by-day thing is a bit annoying for pax. Can't plan ahead.
