I complained to @honeywell India about a malfunctioning air purifier I bought from Honeywell India - and I am being told “the product is manufactured & supported by one of our licences companies, Helen of Troy! Pls contact them”. The licencee is in the US & times are in EST!

Hey @honeywell purchase Honeywell air purifier but seems it is not working as filter remains new after usage of 25 days on the other hand filter of Philips air purifier in another room needs to clean in every 10 days. Kindly look into this.
