@manufacteren @zanehengsperger Once you get your foot in the door, distribution becomes exponentially easier. The customer quickly sees what you're capable of, and suddenly there are thousands of projects across the factory to expand into. Classic land-and-expand in heavy industry.

@zanehengsperger Integrating ai into legacy + old hardwares/machines in manufacturing, even if someone can do it the market penetration isn’t easy so distribution becomes the moat.
