@gardentrading on your website it says there’s 20% off but when you click on the banner at the top that says 20% off there’s no code and it just takes you to a checkout page but no discount is applied. How do I get the 20% sitewide discount?

@TfL how do I check my child’s journeys and what they’ve been charged for those journeys on her zip card? I think they may have been overcharged and we want to work out why. When I login all I can see is order history and application history not payments/journeys

@motoway are you aware no one can get out of your Exeter services. You need to put someone on managing the traffic before people start to lose it. We’ve been waiting 20 minutes to get out and no one is moving

@HappyScaleApp hi I bought your premium version I have to be honest and say the only additional thing it does is tell you the BMI and allow you to see trends into the future but the reason I’m here is that I still don’t know what the green area on the chart represents?

@vintedUK what is happening with your sizes? Items I’ve favourited are suddenly listed as 3-4 sizes bigger. Eg in the pics it will say 14 or 16 and in the listings it says 22/24

@therealmissjo Yes I agree. Some of our stores here have two prices. You only get the savings if you have the app. My mom is 85 and does not have a smart phone so she can't access the savings. I have complained that it's punitive to anyone who doesn't have or want a smartphone. They don't care

I have an elderly friend who is in her 80s. She lives in Cornwall. Mary is very switched on but she struggles with new technology a bit - especially parking apps. All she wants to do is put her car in a space for a couple of hours and pay. She does not want to sign up for a new app. She does not want to verify her device. She does not want to save her credit card information. She does not want to figure out why the app thinks she is in Devon and cannot geolocate the car park she is standing in. She wants to take a few coins and put them in a machine and do her shopping/meet her friends. Now, she finds excuses not to meet friends or shop because she is so worried about the parking situation. It is a disgrace that parking has become so discriminatory and this is just the start. When Digital ID is introduced, her whole world will feel like this.

@therealmissjo I’ve always thought all of this digital living, paying bills etc puts OAPs at a disadvantage. It’s only going to get worse

@Etsy I have a problem with the app when looking at items the filters at the top part of the page are higher than usual & run underneath my battery & Wi-Fi icons (they usually are below this) which means I can’t filter anything. It seems to be a layout issue on the mobile app

@thetrainpal and it’s not a third-party link or advert from your app it’s actually a message in your app that you’ve sent to me. It’s just a waste of your customers time if you’re not going to make good on your offers

@thetrainpal your app is leading me up the garden path offering spins to get a £30 voucher and asking me to invite friends which I’ve done numerous times but it seems to be stuck now eventhough I’ve invited more than two friends I don’t seem to be getting any more spins scam!

@thetrainpal I mean, it’s kind of what I expected to happen and I was trying it out just to see if it was genuine. But it’s actually just makes your customers annoyed and not want to use your app at all.
