Got my first customer before I even launched. 🚀 $79. One sale. Zero ads. Zero outreach. Building @shipclawfast — a production-ready OpenClaw wrapper with built-in billing, per-user Fly.io machines, and Telegram integration. It's live now. Link below. 👇

I asked him the same. He answered that he saw the kit is going to be great start for his openclaw saas business. the design and simple needed things instead of tech dashboard which is with openclaw control UI. He said a list of things why he choose it. Currently he is having his own business running perfectly. also i keep updating the kit with much more features that a customer and admin required without ever touching the code editor etc.

@askshashanka @shipclawfast the pre-launch customer is the real validation - someone paid before you finished building. thats a stronger signal than any waitlist number. curious what convinced them to pay before launch

GPT wrappers made millions last year. OpenClaw wrappers are next. A few are already doing $1K–$42K/mo. So I built @shipclawfast 🦞 A starter kit to launch your own OpenClaw SaaS in minutes instead of months. Got my first customer before launch

@askshashanka @buildinpublic One-time purchase with full source code is the right model for starter kits. Developers want to own their stack not rent it. Telegram and Discord integration out of the box is a nice touch for the AI agent crowd. Would love to connect.

Introducing: PlayerZero The world's first Engineering World Model that puts debugging, fixing, and testing your code on autopilot. We've raised $20M from Foundation Capital, @matei_zaharia (Databricks), @pbailis (Workday), @rauchg (Vercel), @zoink (Figma), @drewhouston (Dropbox), and more PlayerZero frees up 30% of your engineering bandwidth by: 1. Finding the root cause for bugs & incidents in minutes that engineering teams take days to identify. 2. Predicting in minutes, edge case issues that a 300-person QA team would take weeks to find. ------ Here's why this matters: No one in your org has a complete picture of how your production software actually behaves. Support sees tickets. SRE sees infra. Dev sees code. Each team builds their own fragmented view - and none of these systems talk to each other. When something breaks, everyone scrambles to stitch the picture together by hand. PlayerZero connects all of it into a single context graph - → The Slack thread where your lead said "we went with X because Y fell apart in prod last time" → The PR review where an engineer explained the tradeoff → The lifetime history of your CI/CD pipeline, observability stack, incidents, and support tickets So you can trace any problem to its root cause across every silo. And it compounds. Every incident diagnosed teaches the model something new. The longer it runs, the deeper it understands - which code paths are high-risk, which configurations are fragile, which changes tend to break which customer flows. So when you sit down to debug a live issue, you have your entire org's collective reasoning and production memory behind you - instantly. ------ Zuora, Georgia-Pacific, and Nylas have reduced resolution time by 90% and caught 95% of breaking changes and freeing an average of $30M in engineering bandwidth. ------ Our guarantee: If we can't increase your engineering bandwidth by at least 20% within one week, we'll donate $10,000 to an open-source project of your choice. @yuehan_john_ yes, just ship it. I have one lesson: even before start shipping. Start marketing, I did this mistake you don't do it.

@askshashanka man this is so real. had a whole app sitting locally for 6 months before i pushed it live. the product was fine, it was just the voice in my head that wasnt. shipping kills the fear faster than anything else

It took me 3 years to get my first customer as an indie hacker. For the last 3 years I’ve been building products… but most of them stayed in my Draft folders. Not because they were bad. Because I was scared to publish them. Scared of being judged. During these years I spent a lot of time following indie hackers like @marclou and @levelsio Reading Marc’s newsletters and seeing Peter build in public inspired me a lot. They made me believe that one person can build something meaningful on the internet. Even when I was too afraid to ship. Recently I finally decided to post about something I was building. I just created an account on X and started sharing it. And something crazy happened. I got my first customer even before the official launch. I asked him how he found it. He said AI Studio grounding search helped him discover the product. After 3 years of hesitation… that moment meant a lot to me. So today I’m finally launching one of my products. And I just want to say thank you Marc and Peter. Your journey inspired me to stop hiding my projects and finally ship something. From now on, I’m going to publish everything I build.

@askshashanka Working on @habit_pixel - a habit tracker app! Just shipped iOS widget support with Clear & Tinted modes. The goal is to turn small daily actions into lasting change. These threads are great motivation for shipping! 🚀
