My co-founder, @leoazca gave me two tasting menus at a 2-Michelin-star restaurant. Alligator, ants, tucupi. I didn't like any of it. I'd trade it all for comfort food from my hometown in Brazil. My palate wasn't trained for it. I just pretended everything was great.
