Hey Twitter, it’s been a minute. Some personal news, excited to share that this week I joined @XBOW as Creative Director 🏹

We recently passed $7M ARR with @Ghost — No growth hacks, no funding, no sales. Just steady iteration and improvement on what we do, over a long period of time. It's not a startup speed-run, it's a different game altogether.

@aaroniker @InVisionApp Yeah a real shame, I loved early InVision and there was a really talented group of people there.

@de @InVisionApp I think it started falling apart when the launched Invision Studio and promised it as the best design tool out there - was more like a tool with standard features but full of bugs ... sadly

InVision was a huge part of my day-to-day design workflow when they launched, they were also the first company to support one of my side projects back in 2016. I’m sad to see them go, thank you @InVisionApp ❤️ invisionapp.com/inside-design/…

I'm beyond thrilled to share that @ow and I welcomed our daughter to the world on October 21st, 2023. After an incredibly positive birth experience we've all been spending quality time together at home and are looking forward to creating new memories as a family of 3! 🐣❤️

~ some update ~ Friday was my last day at Product Hunt! I'm glad I was part of this amazing adventure for the past 8 years. I'm proud and thankful for all we accomplished as a community. Time for me to take a break and look for a new challenge 💯⚡️✨

got lasik this week and mild discomfort aside now have HD vision….and am annoyed I didn’t do it sooner 🥲

@y_molodtsov @ow My eyesight isn’t as bad as it was pre-lasik, but had glasses for a year now and feel like my eyesight has continued to get worse again. I’ll defo chat to my lasik clinic though and see if there’s anything they can do, or if it’s just another round needed It’s 100% worth it imo

@de @ow This is what's stopping me from doing this. My eyesight has barely moved in the last 9 years or so, yet many people report major downgrades just a few years after LASIK.

@de Right that makes sense - they warn you about this at the clinic here. The all laser thing I got included lifetime topups which is why I asked!

@ow Yeah, so basically your eyes can carry on deteriorating over time so slowly they got worse. I had 20/20 (or better) vision for about 2 years, after 4 I noticed it being worse, 5 I wasn’t legally allowed to drive without glasses. I need to see if I can have a top up and cost 👀

@de Wow! I’ve heard that can happen later, was it not possible to do a “top up” or whatever they call it?
