@alexwg It would be funny if Polymarket has moltbots betting on Optimus, just by giving the commands through thoughts.

NEWS 🚨: Elon Musk says the odds we’re living in a simulation are extremely high, but somehow, building hardware is still brutally hard.

@kenshii_ai Sora is a lot of fun, but it doesn’t compare to Seedance 2.0. It’s better to be an expert in one, than a jack of all trades in none.

Sam Altman is panicking right now. Anthropics explosive rise with Claude has forced OpenAI into its most desperate strategic pivot yet. They are killing off flashy projects like Sora and their atlas browser to frantically chase enterprise productivity tools and steady revenue. Sams chaotic scattered hype strategy of building everything at once is collapsing in real time. Real competition finally delivered the wake up call that exposed the emptiness behind all those overblown promises. The king of hype is getting humbled hard.

@Polymarket He could get it higher if he does a UBI and reduces price on AI, catches up with du claw and Kimi claw. That way people will have agency through agentic ai

@VraserX Its good Grok and Xai is being relaunched. They got rid of those 4 agents. Imagine needs to compare to nanobanana 2, veo3 and Sora 2. They need real agency with their agentic AI. The West doesn’t have a cloud based KimiClaw or duClaw yet, for cell phones. Nanosecond behind?

@kimmonismus The green ones are not really green once Boston dynamic, Tesla Optimus 03, figure 03 and Unitree get federal regulation. Even though states try to block. Instead of colors. The chart should have amount of weeks, from deployment to displacement. But new titles for humans will form

Andrej Karpathy has launched an analysis of AI on jobs. Karpathy is by no means interested in hype or exaggeration. Using AI, he concluded that out of 143 million working people in the US, approximately 57 million are at high to very high risk of their jobs being negatively impacted by AI. That's almost 40%. Let that sink in and consider what it means. And then, in that context, consider that Meta is thinking about laying off 20% of its workforce for efficiency reasons. Musk says universal high income is coming. I hope sooner rather than later.

5 minutes ago, @karpathy just dropped karpathy/jobs! he scraped every job in the US economy (342 occupations from BLS), scored each one's AI exposure 0-10 using an LLM, and visualized it as a treemap. if your whole job happens on a screen you're cooked. average score across all jobs is 5.3/10. software devs: 8-9. roofers: 0-1. medical transcriptionists: 10/10 💀 karpathy.ai/jobs

@JoshKale The green part is also red if you taken into account Tesla Optimus3, Boston dynamics and figure03 in the USA or Unitree in China. Displacement is rapid, since deployment is self recursive or Von Neumann.

Update: The original repo was taken down. I cloned it and redeployed it here for those wanting to click around and see the impact on each job industry x.com/JoshKale/statu…
Josh Kale@JoshKale

Karpathy scored every job in America on AI replacement risk. Then he deleted it. It went viral Last night. Elon replied. News outlets picked it up. So I brought it back to life. Cloned the entire repo to play with before it went down. Every file. The scoring data, the full pipeline, the interactive visualization. All of it. It's back up here: github.com/JoshKale/jobs The data was too noteworthy to let vanish. 342 occupations scored 0-10 on how much AI will reshape them. Average exposure across the entire US economy: 5.3/10. If your job lives on a screen, it's worth taking a look.

Andrej Karpathy just dropped a project scoring every job in America on how likely an AI will replace it from 0-10 > Scraped all 342 occupations from the Bureau of Labor > Fed each one to an LLM with a detailed scoring rubric > Built an interactive treemap where rectangle size = number of jobs and color = how exposed that job is to AI The key signal in his scoring: if the work product is fundamentally digital and the job can be done entirely from a home office, exposure is inherently high. The scale: 0-1: Roofers, janitors 4-5: Nurses, retail, physicians 8-9: Software devs, paralegals, data analysts 10: Medical transcriptionists Average across all 342 occupations: 5.3/10. The entire pipeline is open source. BLS scraping, LLM scoring, the visualization. All of it. Much respect for the sensei this is scary and awesome

@JuliaEMcCoy 4 day work week now. Covid created work from home. Bureaucrats/Apple got hybrid models. Helps birth rate below replacement rate. PhD’s who do A.G.I or A.S.I are on 9-9-6 for few months. First we have to figure out how we will integrate cloud based🦞moltbots into our life.
