True story. After Trump's 2017 Inauguration (which I felt obligated to watch with my children bc, history), I looked at my family and said "Turn off the tv. That's it. It's not going back on as long as that POS is President." They thought I was joking. I wasn't. Other than sports and binging a few shows, we didn't watch Tv/News once until the Pandemic started. You may think this is impossible. Heck, you may not believe me. I don't care. I will see out the remainder of Biden's presidency, and then I'm going to do it again. You might be surprised to know that while MAGA is brainwashed by Fox, we experience a similar mind fuck from the rest of the MSM. Try it for a month. If you don't feel 100% better, go back. I bet you won't.

I grew up during Reagan with a union father who went on strike a few times and parents who had no money. Even as little kids we knew they were scared. They said the rosary every night. Everyone around us worshiped Reagan. My father hated him. This feels similar in some ways.

I did not know that James Comey was a raging misogynist until now. So much makes more sense.

I think that the ones that the right and left agree on are: - economic opportunity - corruption - getting money out of politics - stopping the oligarchy - not trusting 4 letter organizations like FDA, etc.
