I used GPT-5.2 High the whole day yesterday. Observations: ⟶ it's very slow because it "thinks" a lot It takes a lot of time before it completes a task. I'd say it took 2x longer than the other models I use. (Not necessarily bad) ⟶ not as good as Opus at UI design I found the UI design to be its weakness. It's not as good as Opus, but not too far either. ⟶ it's super thorough and it thinks of edge cases I like being able to see its thought process. It helps me understand why it took the decisions it took. ⟶ tendency to re-invent stuff Instead of using the existing utilities in the codebase, it kept re-writing helper functions. Although, I feel that it's common with all AI models. I'm inclined to get a Codex plan, so I can play more with GPT models. Overall, my experience was positive.
