Recently started taking 10 mgs of tadalafil a day on the recommendation of my boy, the most jacked guy at my gym @Parabellum2021 I don’t need a forty-year-long, double-blind twin study to test things out A gym bro recommends, I do my own research and test it out. Simple as. All within reason and not getting stupid with certain compounds. Only a few days in but the blood flow and pumps have been great this week. Tried microdosing 5 mgs in the past and it didn’t do much. Might bump it up to 15-20 mgs daily.

I started at 5mg. My main feedback mechanism is the gym pumps (since the other stuff isn't something you get much real time feedback on unless ED issues), so went based on that. Pumps were ridiculous, so I quickly started cutting in half to 2.5mg. Still ridiculous, so now I divide into 3rds for ~1.66mg.

Happy to help you skip a few of the mistakes I already paid for. Back in my 30s, my dad, who was about my age now, looked at me over a beer and said, “Son, the memory is the second thing to go in your 60s.” I’ve managed to outsmart the first thing with tadalafil and Proviron… but the memory part held up exactly as prophesied. I have my doc write it for 20mg and I split them in half. Because, you know,... nothing exceeds like excess. 10mg every other day works great… in theory. In reality, I forget if I took it. Miss a day, double up, then accidentally stack it for 3 days straight like a genius. That’s when the dry sinuses and the “why is my nose bleeding" moment shows up to remind me I’m not as clever as I think I am. 😆

I ran a 30-day tadalafil experiment. What prompted this experiment was seeing research that evaluated more than 500,000 men aged 40 or older diagnosed with erectile dysfunction. Key findings included: Stroke: 34% reduction Mortality: 34% reduction Heart Attack: 27% reduction Dementia: 32% reduction with tadalafil Venous Thromboembolism: 21% reduction I typically get side effects from medications, so I wanted to see how tolerable it was. Finished the 30-days and here’s the honest take. Started with 2.5 mg. Within a few days, I knew daily use wasn’t going to happen. Headaches were the first issue. They weren't terrible but enough to be annoying. Training was the second. I didn’t get the “pump” people talk about. On hard jiu-jitsu days, I skipped it because it felt like it was working against me. Not 100% sure, but something to keep in mind if you train hard or play a sport. Before this, I was using citrulline (6g daily) and beetroot powder. That felt smoother. The effects are milder but in a good way. With tadalafil, it’s obvious you’re taking a medication. And you feel it. Both in its potency and side effects. I ended up spacing doses every 2–3 days. It builds up, so daily didn’t feel necessary. Sexually? Yeah, it works. Not more desire. Just more consistency and easier recovery. Especially noticeable when you train a lot and feel fatigued before sex. But there are trade-offs. Random erections during the day, which gets old fast. I was dating someone when I started this. We’ve since parted ways, and I wouldn’t keep taking something this strong while single. Made me feel like I was 18 again lol I was dating someone when I started this experiment. But we've since parted ways and I wouldn't want to continue taking something this strong when I'm single. So who is this actually for? If you’re over 40, out of shape, dealing with blood pressure or performance issues, this could be useful. It might even help you build momentum. But if you’re already in good shape? I'm not too sure. The studies were on guys with erectile dysfunction. ED is caused by poor health. So if that’s not an issue for you, will you get those longevity benefits? It's possible that you won't, and it's better to stick to citrulline, beetroot powder, cocoa powder, and maybe pycnogenol. You’ll get benefits without the side effects. Also, I genuinely don’t understand how people take 5–10 mg daily. At 2.5 mg, I already felt it. For me? Interesting experiment. Some benefits. But not something I’d use every day until I actually need it in my 70s.

If you’re a man over 40 with ED, don’t ignore it. Daily tadalafil (5 mg) for 1 year improved erectile function in most men. Here’s what’s interesting: After 4 weeks off, 46.3% were still improved vs baseline. Sexual function is like muscle and cardio. Use it or lose it.

Your dick works perfectly on vacation. Day 3, no emails, warm weather, a few drinks. Strong. Reliable. You almost forget there was ever a problem You fly home. 2 days later it's back. And you Google "erectile dysfunction" at 2am like something is physically wrong with you Nothing physical changed between the hotel bed and yours Erections are a parasympathetic event. Full stop. They require nitric oxide release, smooth muscle relaxation, vasodilation. All of that happens when your body feels SAFE. When the parasympathetic branch is dominant Stress flips you into sympathetic dominance. Vasoconstriction. Blood pulled from extremities (and yes, that counts as an extremity). PDE5 activity increases, which breaks down the cGMP that maintains the erection. Your body is choosing survival over reproduction in real time This is why Cialis works btw. It blocks PDE5. Forces vasodilation even when your nervous system is screaming danger. Effective band-aid. Root untouched I've worked with guys who spent years cycling through Cialis, supplements, porn abstinence programs, pelvic floor exercises. All while running 60-hour work weeks, sleeping 5 hours, eating like trash, and wondering why nothing stuck One guy. ED plus noticeable shrinkage in flaccid state. We boosted H2S and nitric oxide production through diet and targeted supplementation while calming his sympathetic tone. Visible improvement in days. Not weeks. Days The version of you that works on vacation is your body operating correctly when you stop crushing it. That's the baseline. The question is what are you doing the other 50 weeks that's shutting you down Fixing ED starts with fixing the nervous system. Everything else is duct tape

I’m single and have been on countless 1st dates The answer is it depends on the vibe/chemistry If you’ve already hit it off then act like this, then you deserve that curiously dry feeling when you’re home alone lol But this person sounds like they’re lacking the skills and experience to properly evaluate someone

"Every male 40 and older should probably be taking somewhere between 2.5 and 5 milligrams of tadalafil." - @hubermanlab Jordi: What do you think the best athletes in the world are doing this Olympics? Huberman: "People are taking vasodilators. You know, Viagra and tadalafil, which commonly goes by Cialis." "Tadalafil is a vasodilator. It lowers blood pressure, and people know of it as Cialis for erectile dysfunction. It was originally developed as a drug to improve prostate health." "The basic takeaway is that most every male 40 and older should probably be taking somewhere between 2.5 and 5 milligrams of tadalafil—not necessarily for erectile function, although it will augment that as well—but to lower blood pressure and to improve vasodilation for the brain and the prostate." "And I'm not saying this as a biohacker or a podcaster. Our head of male sexual health from Stanford, Mike Eisenberg, MD, PhD. He is best in class in terms of male sexual health endocrinology. That's his recommendation."

P.S. Your cardio fitness is the #1 predictor of longevity. But most people are training their VO2 max completely wrong. I just created a free VO2 Max Guide that shows you how to improve heart health and endurance the smart way (especially if you’re over 40). Want it? 👉Like this tweet and comment “VO2.” (You must be following so I can DM you.)

You can lift weights and still have poor cardiovascular fitness. And that matters more than most men realize. Your VO₂ max is one of the strongest predictors of how long — and how well — you’ll live. But most guys over 40 either: • Do random HIIT that just leaves them exhausted • Or stay in their comfort zone and never improve You don’t need to become a marathoner. You just need a smarter approach. In fact, you can get started in as little as 8 minutes. I created a free VO₂ Max Guide that shows you exactly how to train it the right way. 👉Comment “VO2” and I’ll send it.

Hombre Imparable
Hombre Imparable@Hombrelmparable·
Ahora significa "me quedaré mientras sea feliz". Y por eso hay tantos divorcios. Porque la gente no sabe sufrir junta. Sólo saben parar cuando ya no sienten entusiasmo. ¡¡¡Estamos en las trincheras!!!
