@ivanalefebvreh I love London, I have travelled there many times. UK Immigration policies and piss poor mayors have ruined the best city in the world.
English

I had been living in London for 7 years of my life.
I loved it. The architecture, the incredible people, the food. Everything was so beautiful.
I’ve had to make a tough decision, though. I can’t live there anymore.
It’s not the city I moved to years ago. The beautiful vibes have been replaced with an air of criminality and danger in so many parts.
Sure, there are nice neighborhoods… but you need six or seven roommates to afford them.
As much as I hate to say it, it’s not safe for a girl like me to live there any longer.
I’m saying goodbye to the city I once called home. On to a new chapter.

@jackunheard NYC voters getting what they voted for, fast. Socialism in action
English

@RomanCabanac This is why they hate Trump. He is not there to manage, he is there to bring about change for generations.

@Will_Tanner_1 In a world filled with soft men who fail to do hard stuff, decline and vagrant filled neighourhoods are our future.
English

We should arrest vagrants instead of making every aspect of life worse
Right now, we get the worst of both worlds, where vagrants cover every public place but also we don't really want them there so those spaces are made ugly and uninviting in the hope that drives them away (it doesn't)
That is the weak way of dealing with it, is ineffective, and has made life worse for all involved
We should just arrest them and either make them 1) remain in a communal shelter until they get on their feet, or 2) jail if they are addicted to drugs and refuse to go to the shelters because they want to keep using
We don't need to tolerate the uglification of every public place, actually. Things weren't always this way, and can be different again

For the love of all that's holy...cancel my fucking online contract @Vodacom !!!!!!!!! Ffs!!
English

@stuzi_pants Black Bird, Defending Jacob also unknown masterpieced.
English

You think you have reached bad service levels in South-Africa, until you reach @Vodacom Online sales....cancelling a online contract and moving it to the store...takes 48hours. In 2026.
English

@RomanCabanac @hkrugertjie Its an easy distraction. Leftist care more about feelings and perceptions than actual actions and immedaite surroundings.
English

@hkrugertjie I fully agree, but what that has to do with running Johannesburg is still beyond my understanding.
English

You don't need to be a "woke"' leftist, 3 genders, Michael Moore to be able to criticise the genocide in Gaza.
Roman Cabanac@RomanCabanac
There are still white libs in South Africa and this is the main one.
English

Why @CheetahsRugby is still in European cup is beyond me. Time to pull the cord
English

@MarcoMasotti_ is a visionary and I would love to meet him in NY one day, but my word @SharksRugby has really squandered his investment. No real results in 3 years, loss to Sale, no URC playoffs. He deserved better from the team and players, nevermind loyal supporters.
English

@LionsRugbyCo desperetaly needs a visionary CEO. Playing at a empty Ellis Park week in and week out is terrible.
English

@chrisalbon There is an entire UK customs in Addis Ethopia so not strange at all.
English

@LionsRugbyCo doing so well again. They need a visionary CEO who moves them away from Ellispark to Wanderers etc.
English

I travelled across the country today and I must commend:
1) @ezshuttle, the same says it’s all. Great service and early!
2) @LiftAirlineSA, by far the best and most relaxed airline in the country.
3) @PaceCarRental1, fantastic service and care.
These are great South African companies you should support.
English

I've bought @VolkswagenSA cars for many years, but they have lost the plot now. Uber exspensive and oddly after 3 years of driving, @WeBuyCars_SA gave me a better trade in offer! Sad day
English

If someone wants to buy a $5M apartment and leave it empty, that’s their property, their choice—not yours to prey on because you need more revenue for failing socialist experiments.
You’re not funding “free” child care. You’re laundering millions through the same bloated bureaucracy that’s already driven businesses, residents, and investment out of NYC. New York’s multi-billion deficit was caused by decades of reckless spending.
Every time you “tax the rich,” capital flees, property values drop, construction halts, jobs vanish, and the tax base shrinks. We’ve seen it in city after city. The ultra-wealthy don’t stay and pay—they leave. The middle class gets stuck with the bill. The empty luxury units you hate will stay empty longer because you made ownership toxic.
This “progressive” tax is proof that socialists like you view citizens as ATMs, not free individuals.
Keep this up and watch the last productive people and dollars flee faster than you can tweet “equity.”

@RyanCoetzee My word you are utterly deranged. If @Our_DA still gets advice from you, it will be a dark day.

She was not a brilliant candidate in 2016 (thought she did win the popular vote) but Hilary Clinton was and remains a very, very serious person who would have made an immeasurably better president than Donald Trump. Bill always said he was the better campaigner but she the better public servant. Spot on.
Jacob N. Kornbluh@jacobkornbluh
Hillary Clinton on Morning Joe: “I know from personal experience how Netanyahu has tried to get every American president to agree to have an open-ended war with Iran, because I had many, many long hours-long conversations with him and his war cabinet about this.”
