If only Apple would have a nice password manager.

Browser extension without the weird code.
@mitsuhiko@peer_rich Wild... @mrchrishahn ordered a tracking ring online with an OSS app to avoid the Oura subscription I think.
Chris, did you pass by any 8pod alternative maybe? 😬
Built myself a small tool to be able to dispatch a bunch of LLM Prompts at the same time to increase my research throughput. Just list your prompts in a directory and the script runs them all against a model of your choice. Give it a try: github.com/mrchrishahn/pa…
Pondering the cosmic implications of the octopus 🐙 & what this strange creature can teach us about the diversity of possible minds in the universe ✨ So I wrote this: @la.payette/the-octopus-a-case-study-in-alien-intelligence-f368610a91fc" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">medium.com/@la.payette/th…
(explored some similar ideas to a recent piece by @drmichaellevin, check that out too)
Got tired of tracking time in an excel sheet and setting it up each month so built an app to simplify the process in the future. Got all the core features I personally need. Anyone think they got a use for something like this? Is there something out there that does this already?
@rauchg Really enjoying @supabase‘s CLI for local development. Super quick way to get a fully isolated environment with all the tools you need and then easy to push to prod 🫶
@brettperl And fix the things that matters most first. It’s not all or nothing. If the few things that make your company win work, the rest of the company can be on fire and you’ll still succeed
After speaking to 100s of founders, it’s clear that something breaks or goes wrong in a startup just about every day
What separates the companies that succeed:
Having the resilience to keep building
Ask yourself: Did you gather enough data on other opportunities, did you analyze the market right, did you consider all relevant factors?
Don't be afraid to reconsider, it's a sign of sound reasoning.
But once you cleared your mind, don't be afraid to pursue the opportunity.
This is because you should only expect opportunity costs when choosing an inferior opportunity.
So any doubt after prioritizing should point you to double-check if you did so correctly.
Been working hard on understanding whether the product we plan to build is gonna be desirable, even before starting to build.
Just noticed that this only really is a problem if you made a mistake while prioritizing the problem you want to solve.
@cnakazawa@KrauseFx I can only imagine its an experiment (at least I hope so). These indicators for why something is being shown are so important for knowing how to interact with a post. Our social brain needs them...
@Sky_Service Ja.
VG, Georg
@williamlegate@elonmusk@huntster1701@m_ac It just cost too much. Money that could be spent on R&D or other things. And even if elon himself wd, his opportunity costs wd be insane
